Welcome to Sacred Heart Healing Arts!

All services are offered in a calm, nurturing, and reverent environment designed to support the body, the nervous system, and the inner life through gentle, embodied care.

This work is especially supportive for women who are experiencing nervous system overwhelm, chronic pain or fibromyalgia, premenopausal or menopausal transitions, postpartum recovery, grief, anxiety, or deep physical and emotional fatigue. It is also a deeply supportive space for neurodivergent women, elderly women, and women who are simply in need of safe, nurturing touch and compassionate presence.

Here you will find both embodied healing sessions through therapeutic bodywork and massage, as well as Soul Path Coaching sessions that support clarity, alignment, and meaningful service rooted in your lived experiences, gifts, and life journey. Each offering is grounded in a gentle, sacred approach that honors the whole person rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

To support deep rest, comfort, and nervous system softening, bodywork sessions include gentle supportive elements such as aromatherapy, 100% pure jojoba oil, warm neck rolls, hot foot towels, heated back therapy, a heated table warmer, and a calming musical sound journey. These elements are thoughtful supports that help the body feel safe enough to relax, soften, and receive care.
