Rather than focusing on stimulation alone, this session is offered in a slow, compassionate, and reverent way, allowing the body to settle into deep rest while the feet and lower legs are cared for with intention and presence. It is especially supportive for women experiencing fatigue, chronic stress, hormonal shifts, anxiety, swelling, or nervous system overwhelm, as well as for women who are on their feet often or simply in need of grounding, soothing touch and a quiet space to soften.
